Noel is an avid learner and has a Ph.D. in Organization Development. His dissertation focused on Leadership Development. He holds an MA degree in Instruction Development and Technology, has completed all academic units in MA in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University, and has a degree in BS Geography from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He holds two Masters Practitioner Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from two institutions: one under Mr. Barney Wee of Mindtransformation Ltd. Based in Singapore, and another one under Mr. James Williams Andrews, from NLP Marin, California, USA. Noel has also recently completed his Master's in Counseling Psychology at Ateneo de Manila. He is an NLP and Coaching Master Trainer certified by International Association of NLP Institutes (IN) and the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). He is an NLP-CBT Coach-Counselor, Psychotherapist, and a Hypnotherapist.
