He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development with a dissertation on Leadership Development, an MA in Instructional Development and Technology, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila. Noel is a dual Master Practitioner in NLP from Mindtransformation Ltd. (Singapore) and NLP Marin (USA), and certified as an NLP and Coaching Master Trainer by the International Association of NLP Institutes (IN) and International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). As Co-Founder, Lead Consultant, and Head Trainer of NLP Manila Corp., he facilitates NLP certification programs, executive coaching, counseling, hypnotherapy, and organizational development initiatives.
